Question about Indesit W 123 Front Load Washer
Water not draining. have checked hoses under machine and there not blocked.thinking need to take inside of machine out.blockage must be under that.
If you have checked everything else, then it may be the drain pump or the "filter/catch". There is no real filter but rather is a part of the drain system. Normally it is at the very bottom of the machine. You need to remove the lower front panel. There would be 3 clips that holds it in place. Once the inside is exposed, there would be a black circular cover at the right hand side. Unscrew it out and clean the inside. It would normally be filled with water and some other "stuff" so pls have cleaning materials handy and/or anything to absorb the spilling water. You can now check the pump, the impeller and verify that indeed there are no clogs/blockage.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
