Is there any way for me to manually change the amount of RAM allocated to the video card?
No, The amount of RAM the integrated video uses is dynamically adjusted depending on the loading of the video and the total amount of RAM installed.
If less than 512 MB RAM, the video is limited to 64MB, 512 to 2 GB max video RAM is 128 MB.
