It is stuck on the screen with walkman and it says every moment has its music and usually it has a bar go across the bottom of the screen then it will turn on to the home page but the bar does not go across i have pushed the reset button and nothing has progressed further
Reset worked for me. Maybe you have to hold it longer? This is the first time I've had to do this but reset did the trick.

Just hold reset lonegr about 30 seconds
Same here, the reset is what got me out of the frozen welcome screen
I tried that and it worked the first couple times and then after that the reset button doesn't do anything

Unit is stuck on welcome screen and will not shut off. Can't access any songs etc, Won't charge up either.

its at that place you talked about but it wont go to the home page or it doesnt charge or reset
