You can also check oil drain switch and oil drain harness on main controll board

Hello Hasan i wish to know where is located that solenoid? I have the same trouble in my robinair 34788 Im located in Venezuela and technical service is not good and a little expensive

  • Kevin Jay Friesen Sep 03, 2013

Hasan, I have found many times the little oil drain hose is clogged and just needs some air pressure applied to it in order to unclog the issue.

Does it flash any codes on the screen when you attempt to recover? You'll want to check the inline filter as well as the condition of the pump oil.

Freon blowing into oil

What is your question? Freon, refrigerant, and oil flow together. Sometimes an acumulator/receiver/oil separator is used to keep the compressor from flooding with liquid

You may overfill the ISV tank. #1 Open front cover & close LIQUID valve on the ISV. #2 Disconnect LIQUID hose from tank, then open tank liquid valve (which you close earlier) to reduce some refrigerant manually from the ISV tank. #3 after reduce refrigerant from tank, re-connect everything & switch on the machine. #4 If you still have the same problem then you have to re-calibrate the scal. I hope this will help you

It's sound like problem with oil drain solenoid or harness. please check harness of oil drain solenoid. If harness is ok & connected with relay board then you need to replace oil drain solenoid.
