I have a GX 6750 (by 2 users)

i have a GX 6750 electronic typewriter. replaced the correction tape ribbon and it wont work. I can still type but am unable to use this wonderful feature. tried a few times taking it out and putting it back in, no luck

i gave the rating i did only because i don't know what a platen is so until i know that i can't go any further,

I put in new lift off correction tape. It's not working; getting scrambled with the ribbon. Anyone have instructions on how to insert the correct ribbon? Do not have a manual.

I've tried several times to no avail.

Be sure the dull side of the correction tape is toward the platen.
