Question about Apple iPhone 3G
Try reinserting the sim and resetting the phone.
You can do this by holding the power button and the home button at the same time until the phone flashes and powers off.
Then power on again. The Apple splash screen should show for awhile but eventually turn back on.

Bluetooth on iPhone:
1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Reset
3) Select "Reset All Setting" (Make sure you save passwords. Data is safe.
Clear all previous pairings.
Once iPhone reboots, turn on Bluetooth.
