Check if it is enabled in the BIOS. If enabled, make sure the driver for it is installed. you should find its driver through your computer manufacturer's web site, then test the webcam to see if it works through http://testmycam.com which uses flash player to help verify if the webcam is working. hope this helps and a rating would be appreciated.
