Music downloaded from computer to device Eclipse sounds terrible!

Hello,

I suggest that you update the driver in your computer. I'm referring to the sound card driver but it would be better if you cover all possible drivers which might be causing this issue. Scan your computer with RadarSync and install the updates using it to cover all drivers.

I hope this helps!

I accidently went to settings and went to format and presses yes and it deleted everything i had. It happened like 6 months ago. Over the 6 months i have started over with putting songs on it and...

Unfortunately, you have likely overwritten the old songs by copying new songs.

One free product worth trying is Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/download)

Download and install Recuva, plug the mp3 player into your computer, and see what can be recovered. Even if you can see some of your old songs they might be corrupted so make sure to listen to them.

I hope this has been informative.

My sansa clip won't play the songs I loaded on!

I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 6 months. You can get it to play again by chosing the format option from the settings menu. Of course, then you've lost everything you had loaded on to it. Download your music/audio books again and they will play.

How do i get ride of my music already downloaded from rashpody?

Use Windows Media Player 11 to delete those songs off of there - the Rhapsody downloads won't work after the 30-day trial has expired anyways:
To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/mediaadvice/0085.mspx#EDF

To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

My Directions:

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

Sansa MP3 M240 No volume when playing songs, says to synch

Where did you download the songs? Napster?Rhapsody? Any online music stores? Try synchronizing them using their software. If you have ripped songs from a cd you may want to rip them again and before ripping them check this option on your windows media player software. Tools > Options then under RIP MUSIC remove the check mark that say's Copy Protect Music or choose the file format as MP3. Then format the device using the windows media player software(for version 10 = click on the sync tab then choose the pencil like icon on the far right, for version 11 = right click on the sync tab choose the player and choose format) use after doing that rerip the songs using the windows media player software.

Keeps displying "bad track"

I had the same exact problem. When i called them they said that becuase these songs were not properly put on the device it will not work. What he meant by properly is that you cant just copy and paste all your music. This may ork for some of your music but will not work for most. And he also said that if the music has been gotten wrong meaning, if you didn't rip from a cd, and you just copied and pasted.

Music won't play

Make sure you have downloaded the right format to your player and you may have to compress its size.
