Did you ever get your's working? Is there a fix without calling the handyman? If so can you please share this info with me.

SAME PROBLEM -- breakers are fine -- machine did this 4-5 times before and I would keep messing with the handle and it would come on , but now nothing-- no lights, controls , anything

no pwer to the panel, though the cct breakers are fine .need eeeeeelp

first, have you checked the power line? If you've got circuit breakers, chances are this is on a separate one. The breaker may be in the tripped position.
