Needs parts for a FranklinChef FBM2000 Bakers Oven

The manufacturer does offer Parts & Accessories online for a number of models; however the S3325H is not listed at this time. If you need parts, you might conisder registering your machine with the manufacturer via the website and then contacting them either using their Live Chat feature or try their Toll Free number: 800-798-7398, to inquire about parts for your model.

You trouble is intermittent operation. Fix it by checking the thermostat and power button switch also the cord. Check it use a analog tester set to Rx1. All of that is test through continuity, so if there no fluctuation in the meter reading, there is defective parts. An intermittent part(s) operate sometimes good and sometimes bad. Check those parts carefully.

cut the bad part off the ac cord then use "****" conector to crimp on a new cord. make sure and note the stripe on the cord and that indicates the neutral wire. the stripe is on the outside of the cord on one of the sides. the stripe is molded on to the outside of the wire on one side only

You can use spray-on oven cleaner, such as "Easy Off" or any similar store brand. Do not use oven cleaner on Aluminum pans, pans with non-stick coatings, or pots/pans with plastic or rubber handles. Wear rubber gloves when working with oven cleaner. It is a very powerful cleaner and can burn your skin.

1. Put the pan in your empty kitchen sink.
2. Spray it on generously with oven cleaner.
3. Leave it overnight, 8 hours or so.
4. In the morning thoroughly rinse and wipe all the areas you sprayed, including the sink.

You should have a clean pan and a clean sink. Refer to the oven cleaner's label for further instructions and safety hazards. Choose the type of oven cleaner that suits your needs. In my experience, "Fume Free" oven cleaners take longer and don't work as well. Seemingly, the more noxiously fumed cleaners, ie ones containing Lye (Sodium Hydroxide), work better and faster.
This works for porcelain coated pots/pans, stainless steel, steel, glass, etc. Do not use oven cleaner on aluminum pans, pans with non-stick coatings, or pots/pans with plastic or rubberized handles.

I couldn't come up with the part# or even who manufacturers Betty Crocker's appliances. I do notice on their website (bettycrockerstore.com) that they have an email contact for help with replacement parts. It is on the contact page. Under 'select a subject', choose 'product information'. "Help with replacement parts" is the second option. There is also an 800 number and a mailing address listed. Sounds like a contact problem in the switch-

Question: How old is the oven?
Is it possible that the switch is worn out?
If so-- and lets just say the switch cost $25, plus postage,
would you want to invest that money, and time, and be without the oven while you wait for parts,
or would you rather invest that money in a new one?

If you want to repair it, we need to dig into the insides, and do some trouble shooting--
Do you have the tools, and the interest to dig into it?

I don't see any parts available for this, most parts are propriotory and can't be purchased seperatly. I checked online and this is selling for around $60.00 new and it seems that this oven has been discontinued. If you know what part it is you might be able to match it up at a local electrical supply or appliance repair. I have no idea what a new switch would cost but at $60.00 replacement of the oven might be a better choice.

you need to sand that stain down with sandpaper and then re-paint the area with a high temperature paint......hardware stores should sell it....it's trade name is called...."mr. touch up"......it is speciffically made for microwave ovens but is also very good for your oven.....the paint must be high temperature type since your oven is high temperature.....good luck
