Dryer shuts off after a few minutes

10 years old. Dryer got noisier. Now shuts off after a few minutes. Will not start again until hours later and will run for just a few minutes. Had high limit thermostat replaced 11 months ago when dryer ran but with no heat. Part is still under warranty but service call will still be charged.
