Pic is red

when i turn my camera on and take a pic it is red all the time and when i take a pic it is red what can i do?

if you mean a redie orange hue, check the white balance settings

if you mean very red, eg green and blue missing it may be faulty or have crashed, perform a full reset, and remove all batteries (main and backup if it has one) for a couple of hours and try again
