if you have the option to manual adjust convergence adjust red and blue DO NOT move green
thats a easy and inexspensive repair. there is a repair kit called the ITC222 and ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit which will usually fix that issue. Your set doesnt have STK ICs. If the convergence adjustment option has disappeared from the on screen menu, then replace FL231, DL231 and CL230 If the adjustment option hasnt disappeared from the menu then you need to check the resistors on the convergence power supply board some of those will be open. The actual convergence Board will usually not develope problems just the Convergence power supply if the convergence adjustment option is still in the on screen menu.
The service # is hd52w59 and then something like yx1 or etc..... On the model # tag, this is written in very small writing. There is no way to remove the convergence option. Go to menu the set up and there you should find convergence. Choose convergence and run auto converge. If this does not work then there is a failure on the convergence power supply, convergence amp, or the deflection/power bd.
