Hi experts! We have the "latest and greatest" washing machine which has worked wonderfully for the last 10 months until we got a F2 error message; then a F10 error message. Now, machine will not even power up although when we push the START button, it beeps. Nothing lights up now... just the little chirping beeps. Hubby unplugged, checked breaker box, checked filter after opening bottom, front kickplate. All looks well. Actually, everything behind that kickplate looked quite clean too.
It takes FOREVER to have a Sears tech to come out. Any suggestions? Hubby is very handy but not familiar with the new designs.

I can confirm that an F2 fault means 'Uneven load - could not spin'.
Unfortunately, since December 2012 we have been unable to offer servicing or support for CR01 or CR02 washing machines. In October 2012 we proactively contacted all Dyson washing machine owners we'd interacted with within the last 4 years to make them aware of this.
I'm sorry that I'm not able to help further in this particular instance, but if you'd like to discuss this with our experts you're welcome to call us on 0800 298 0298. We're available from 8am-8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am-6pm on weekends. Calls are free from UK landlines.
There is an excessive amount of suds in the system and this affects the sensor and causes the drain pump to run and run and run until it shuts off from overheating. This is why we get the F2 and/or suds error code. Once a month, run the machine on the hot water cycle with a cup of bleach. This will clear out any suds build-up. Good luck :)
the sensor in your oven is picking up the high heat and posting error message which displays F2 ,at least the sensor is working but lets look at the problem isuspect one of two the first is your control switch needs tested i would say this is the problem and number two the elemant could be on its way out either of these problems are going to need a electrican to fix ,sorry i cant give you a simple answer to your problem.adrian
My color has not worked well in the past few months. Now I get the message Unable to Print, Use Troubleshooting and rountine maintenance chapter in user's manual. I've tried everything it told me. I've removed all ink cartridges and left them upright (they are ALL brand new) and cleaned all the ink ports. I've cleaned the machine several times. It's told me there's no ink cartrige, I've replaced them, turned the machine off and on, unlplugged, etc. Then go to print and I get the same message again and it won't print. The machine is almost 2 years old and has worked fine until about 6 months ago when the magenta stopped working all together. Now this. Any help? Thanks.
If this machine is like other of its type then you may find the manual taped to the inside of the machine near the bottom side panel. open the bottom access panel (3 screws on bottom front lip) and look for it as it will have the codes. near where the filter is . while you were down there cleaning the filter did you check that the pump impellers move freely and were not clogged with any debris.
