Hi,
The first thing to check is to make sure you are getting water to the fill valve...on some units there is a hose feeding it and the hose may have a screen in it that plugs...some fill valves have a screen just inside where the hose hooks up...on most dishwashers the fill valve is on the bottom left front corner just behind the kickplate...
If all that checks out then you may have a bad fill valve aka solenoid valve....to check that out for sure you can check for power coming to the valve when it should be filling...if no power is coming then the control board is bad....

Here is a tip that will help you to find out why water will not come into thedishwasher...

Have you checked the water valve solenoid with a volt meter to make sure your getting power applied when calling for a fill cycle? if you are getting power and you can hear the water valve make and not getting water into the sump tray then have you checked the water filter? Make sure water supply line is not kinked and you are getting water to the valve.

Water diagnose light blinking 0n cm3 scotsman ice machine even after changing water level sensor

Is the sump tray full of water? or is it not filling up fast enough? Water level sensor lets control board it needs water or its full of water. If machine is not getting enough water or slow filling then check the water filter, if water is flowing good through filter good then pull water line off of the water inlet valve to make sure there is no trash blocking water at inlet. If not then make sure the water solenoid is getting power call from board to solenoid, if getting 115v to coil and slow to no water to sump then replace valve, if no power to valve then replace board.

Turned on whirlpool duet washer, came back to FH as realized forgot to turn water on. Have tried all the suggestions, but each time I plug the machine it tries to drain water and the motor hums. I cannot...

Make sure both hot and cold water supplies are turned on. Select a cold wash cycle and start the wash cycle, do you get cold water? Now select a hot wash cycle and start the wash cycle, do you get hot water? If you only get cold water replace the hot water fill valve. If you only get hot water replace the cold water fill valve. If you get neither replace both fill valves.

Hot water gets too hot trips off at tank then water gets cool and i push reset button and water gets hot again real hot thentrips off again

It's time to replace your thermostat. Instead of maintaing the correct water temperature, the water is getting so hot it is acivating the safety circuit breaker. If this breaker were to fail, you could have a devastating explosion

Check the waterline as well as the valve supplying water to the ice maker.

Low amount of hot water

You say a very new water heater. You won't get 40 gallons of hot water from a 40 gallon water heater because the continuing influx of cold water will cool your hot water down. However, it appears that your bottom water heater element needs replacing. If the top element is bad, you'll get no hot water. If your bottom element is bad, you'll get "some" hot water. Try replacing the bottom element. DON'T FORGET to turn off the electricity AND water first (closeby towels are also handy)!

I am not getting water thou the ice maker nor the water dispenser

Check the water valve where the water supply line comes into your frig. If you are not getting any water at all then it seems as though there is no water getting to the frig through the water supply line or the water valve is bad or not getting any voltage to work properly.
