Dryer runs takes too long too dry clothes

Start the dryer and let it run for about 5-7 minutes, do you feel any heat if you open the door? If your dryer is producing heat most likely you have a restriction/blocked vent.

I have a Samsung dv220aew xaa dryer that does not produce heat. I've replaced the heating element, the thermistor, and the thermostats with the problem remaining, what could be the problem?

ARE U GETTING THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF VOLTAGE AT THE CONNECTION,? i VE SEEN IN SOME CASES WHERE THE MACHINE ONLY GETTING 120 AND WILL RUN BUT NOT CREATE MUCH HEAT? THE DRYER USES 120 TO RUN THE CYCLE BUT NEEDS A FULL 220 FOR THE HEAT CYCLE TO WORK, THUS IF UR MISSING VOLTAGE IT WILL NOT HEAT? ANOTHER CULPRIT COULD BE A BAD TIMER STUCK ON COOL DOWN OR FLUFF CYCLE AND WILL PRODUCE NO HEAT?

Dryer Works but does not produce heat

I would first check to see if 240 volts is coming into the machine. The motor runs on 120 the heater need 240. If that is fine remove the rear panel and check the 2 limits and heater on the right hand side for continuity. Here is my video:

My dryer has power and tumbles, but produced no heat (tested with vent tube off). I reset the circuit breaker and now it produces heat. What is up?

If your dryer is clogged up this will not produce heat inside the dryer but will produce heat to the vent tube. Try unclogging the Vent tube and see what happens.

Dryer produces heat, but clothes don't dry

Sounds like the vent has a lint build up inside of it. A moister sensor detects any lint build up and keeps the heat in check. The dryer will produce very little heat this was. Clean the entire venting tubing and it shall run better for you
