How do I get started with my Eclipsemp3 player

  1. You take the USB cable and plug the player into either your computer or into a special wall adapter to let it charge. Preferably the computer.
  2. Once it's charged, you can upload downloaded songs from your computer onto the player, or just listen to the songs that come with it. Hope this helps!

Is the usb chord the charger and what you use to download

Hi Cedric
Yes the chord is the charging cable and the download/upload cable.
You will plug it into the usb port on your computer for charging.
You will need Windows Media Player installed in your computer ...after it is installed add your songs to Windows Media Player, then plug your Mp3 player in with Windowns Media Player running, your mp3 player will be recognized and then you can add the songs you added to Windows Media Player.
Please take time to rate me

I can not find my power cord for my m4002a mp3 player where can i get a replacement cord

To charge it from your computer?
Any usb cable that you can plug into your player should at least charge it

Take it to a computer/electronics shop and ask for a usb cable to fit it.
There are two types, charging and charging/data, with the data cable having all wires connected through so you can put music on your player from the computer.

I checked on eBay and put in "rca m4002 cable".
I found one for under $7 including postage, charging only.

I can see the songs on my computer that I have uploaded onto my SanDisk and I can also add new music as well, But the system will not charge and when I connect it to the USB cord it says connected but it...

ensure the unit is chargeable using usb data cable, usb charger has only 2 out of 4 wires connected to the charger whereas when the cable is used as data cable all the 4 wires are connected and the device acts as a usb device, this may block the charging of the device due to internal circuit design within the device.

I can't turn it on and i don't know how to charge it up. I don't know how to downloads songs.

I guess you are new to the world of Mp3 Players. These are the basic accessories which belong to any Mp3 Player Box Pack.
1. Mp3 Player.
2. USB Cable/Charger
3. Manual.
A USB Cable is some thing like this.
1211b74.jpg
the bigger end of the cable goes to the USB Port of the computer, and the smaller end of the cable goes to the Mp3 Player. This process is for charging the Mp3 player as well as loading any songs in to the player. After you insert these into the Mp3 player, windows opens the player, and then you can load music files into it. I hope this solves your problem.

Mp3 Player Won't Charge

wiggle your usb cord - I had to wiggle mine a bit where it plugs into the usb port in the computer before it was recognized and listed as a device in 'my computer'. only then did it actually start charging; if your computer is not recognizing it is plugged in, it may not charge.. when i finally figured this out, the actual charging of my 4 gig audiophase mps only took 10 minutes- previously i was trying to charge it for hours without any luck.
