Works fine when you turn it on then after 20 to 30 minutes it just goes to black as if it has turned off from getting to hot???
Whats the fix and who can fix it and how much do you estimate the fix will cost??

Could be a defective HDMI processor word of warning to everyone never under any circumstances must you connect up any device with HDMI ability whilst they are switched on as static can and indeed does smack out the HDMI processor and can and does work out expensive in time to replace. john
if the fans don't turn on, they may be bad and needs replacing or rewired. if the fans turn on but not the lamp, the colorwheel may be bad (listen for a high-pitched whir when you switch it on. if no whir, replace the colorwheel). if the colorwheel is ok, replace the lamp.
if the image is black but the light is still on, it's having trouble holding on the the resolution. reset the settings to factory default and make sure the resolution matches. if the lamp goes out too, replace the ballast.
we changed out the light buld... now it works fine.. funny thing was projector was brand new just out of box... you could see first thing there was a brown spot in the center of the buld creating the spot apparently after it heated up.... thanks again
Firstly check when the Projector is switched on , if all the fans are running.
If they are , then it can only be one of two things - either the Powersupply or the Ballast that has gone faulty.
Is there any indicator lights on the unit that flickers , and also what colour ?
Take out the lamp and check for any irreugularities on it like discolouration ( vein like looking marks in either white or black ) or if there is any bubbles on the shaft of the lamp. In which case the lamp will be at fault and will need replacement !
