Question about Dishwashers
Hard objects such as bone, plastic ware, glass, seeds, fruit pits, nuts, egg shells may have lodged in the filter area of the dishwasher or in the sump/water module.
Check the bottom of the dishwasher for debris. Carefully, remove any of these objects if they can be seen at the bottom of the dishwasher. Caution: Foreign objects may be sharp.
Note: The noise should stop within 2-3 cycles after object is ground up. If noise continues after 2 or more cycles a technician may need to remove debris from the sump or pump area
Note: Items such as bone or other hard objects should be scraped from the dishes PRIOR to loading them in the dishwasher.
