First, the CD-I200 is only compatible with Pioneer units that have a built-in iPod adaptor; the unit will say "iPod/iPhone ready". Your unit is not ipod/iphone ready. So, you have to use one of IB units, they are ipod adaptors with the IP Bus cable.

Do you have the actual CD-IB100 box from pioneer, or is it just cables and wires?
Make sure you have the IP bus cable plugged into the right port on the CD-IB100

I need the wiring diagram for this model there are a few wires missing and I need to know where they go

http://docs.pioneer.eu/Manuals/DEH_P80MP_URD3837_manual/GetPDF.ashx

That should provide you with the installation manual for your pioneer DEH-P80MP. The wiring schematic is spread across pages 3 to 8.

How do you use the aux inputs on the back of the deh-480mp

This model is an older model and is Ipod ready the only down side is that you need to by the kit Pioneer CD-IB100 II for Ipod to be compatiable. If you are looking at the deck then you are probably saying i see the head phone inputs and they dont work. Well those are for XM/sirius which if you by those thing they plug right in to there.

there is an interconnector to connect this unit to the aux source (CD-RB20/CD-RB10)(sold seperately).
After connecting, press SOURCE until AUX appears in the display.
Press "play" on your ipod.

Ipod connection

As far as iPod connections - they will work with a regular iPod and an iPod Nano. You have two options depending on how much you want to spend and how much convenience you want.

Option 1 - Use a Pioneer CD-IB100 adapter. This will plug into the docking port on the bottom of the IPod, charge it, offer control and song information on the head unit. You need to use this one and not the newer CD-I200 cable because your head unit is not compatible with the newer piece.

Option 2 - Use a Pioneer CD-RB10 adapter and a 3.5mm to RCA cable that will plug into the headphone jack of the iPod. You will only get audio input to the head unit but this option is somewhat cheaper.

As far as the clock settings - hold the 'source' button to shut the unit off(key still has to be on). Push the 'function' button until options appear - you can switch between options by repeatedly pushing the 'function' button and adjust settings by using the up/down/left/right arrows.

Pioneer DEH-P80MP doesn't work in my new car

remember ,your new car is ITALIAN ,while PIONEER is a JAPANESE brand . ITALY is WEST while JAPAN is east and these two directions do not meet easily .
THERE IS AN INTERCONNECTOR ADAPTOR SOLD SEPERATELY WHICH WILL MAKE THESE TWO COMPATIBLE.
Fixing these two together will make your job easier and comfortable .
