It should be able to do this. You would need to put each type speaker on a seperate side and then use either an elctronic crossover or an EQ set to pass only lows into the side for the subwoofer to block sending highs to the subs.

I agree with fredy2 as it will work BUT with four cabinets (and two of them being subs!) your system is grossly underpowered. Check out the great deals on Crown XLS amps happening right now. These are headed to "discontinued" land but are backed by Crowns 3-year warranty so no worries.

the amp is 900 watts per channel at 4 ahms, which would be the load with 4 speakers, assuming the speakers are 8 ophms apiece. that is plenty of power for what he has, a little more, actually. freddy is right for the most part. hook the mains up to i channel, and the subs to the other channel, ands get a passive crossover to send the lows to the sub channel and the highs to the mains channel.

Actually you don't need to hook it up with an active xover, since the PV2600 is equipped with an internal one that sends only low frequency to low's and low cut for up's

One chanel of my pv 2600 amp is playing very low

Hello,

Clean all back switches first of all, use a cleaning solution spray and give a 3 shot per switch, then push in-n-out several times each one and check amp functionality again.

Can i connect the pv 112 to the pv 118 subwoofer since the powered mixer i bought it only has 2 main outputs? The powered mixer I bought is the PV XR 8600D powered mixer...

Generally speaking you should only send low frequencies to subs. The highs, while lower in power than the lows, will over time harm the voice coils. The ideal way to do this is to use an external crossover netween the main output and the amp input with the higher range going to a general set of speakers. Send the lows through the second channel of the amp and then to the subs.

In short, while not recommended, yes you can hook them up in parallel.

I have Peavey Pv 2600 Power Amplifier ,the B side did not work sound did not come

One side of the amp has failed and repair is NOT DIY. Take it in for servicing. This amp has many components in the power amp and repair is complicated. A failure can lead to 20 components being damaged. Failure to replace all damaged ones can result in immediate failure destroying the replaced ones.

My peavy has three lights at power on when in use red light comes on is that beacuse my amp is overheating or is it normal it does that when i crank the volume amp i not hot well vented

Here is a link to the manual:http://www.peavey.com/assets/literature/manuals/00512180.pdf Page8 sections 2 through 4 discusses the LEDs. I think what you arte talking about is the DDT active LEDs. Page 12 specifically discusses this and page 15 notes that Red signifies DDT clipping. Peavey recommends that you don't defeat the DDT circuit and that is good advice as it protects your amp and your speakers. The clipping is not caused by the amp but by the amount and quality of signal being input. Check earlier in your signal chain for the cause.

Do you know what regulator/ rectifiers are used and their numerical values so i can repair my fried pv 2600 these are the row along heat sink small black ones 2 pin and 3 pin cheers

7815 and 7915 plus and minus regulators specifically. Diodes fr the 15 supplies are 1N4001 but you can use 1N4007 or anything in between.

Big power rectifiers are 2504's... which are probably 25 amp 400 volt modules.

CAN I POWER UL15 AND XT115 [WITH CROSSOVER] WITH 1 AMP

You need 1 channel of amplifier per stack. Assuming the ul 15 is a full range box, and the XT115 is a subwoofer. But be careful with your Ohm ratings for the speakers and your power ratings of your amps. You want the proper Ohm load on the amplifier for maximum power. And use proper speaker cable, with correct wiring.

Wire the to the sub first, and then jump to the ul 15.

In the wirring is there any way of making the amp produce a high out sound rather than full range

Unfortunately range and power are not correlated. Good amps have a full range, cheap ones do not....range it not related directly to power output.

What are you trying to accomplish exactly?

Thanks!
