Question about Computers & Internet
Computer won't recognize the DVD Recorder.. Perhaps I need a driver? I have a dell dimension 3100 with a phillips dvd+rw 8801 drive. Device manager says working properly, however, unable to read any media.
This is the Dell website driver area, under CD/DVD, you will find firmware upgrades and a driver. Look for the one that best fits your drive, download and run the program.
I really hope that this fixes your problem... If you have any more questions please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you further. Good luck!
