When any computer signial is present the monitor goes White, Farley Bright. There are no Graphics or words present, only white light. Does anyone have this same problem ? Or can anyone tell me how it could be fixed ? I have only had it for only 5 months and it did this. Princeton was no help. They said it is no longer supported.

I got this monitor at geeks.com, Only had a 90 day warrenty
First I called Prinston, they said, they dont support that monitor anymore. They also said there was nothing they could do.
I then called geeks to see what they could do. They also said there is nothing they could do. I guess Im out. I wont but from geeks anymore,and I also wont buy prinston prod. anymore.
Did you take it back from where you got it? Those monitors are warrantied for a year. Princetongraphics.com is the place where i got a support number and called them and complained. They will make a RMA number for it and replace it for you.
