Hi Download this manual:

http://www.servicematters.com/maytag_library/docs/16008714.pdf

See page 65 for front panel removal.
See page 55 for top cover removal.
See page 71, 72, and 73 for belt routing.

This is not that hard. Just a matter of reading the manual and then doing the belt change. Pay attention to the belt routing as in which side is against the drum. The grooves in the belt must engage the motor pulley. That will put the grooves of the belt against the drum.

Thanks for choosing FixYa.

What is Ford's recomendation (mileage) for replacing the serpentine belt on a 1998 Ford Explorer?

Theres no mileage to change just to check it, the way to check the belt is to look at the inside of the belt and you will see grooves in which the belt rides, if you see cracks in the belt then its time tom replace. the belt should be looked at every oil change it thats no time to check. hope this is helpful.

I have 151,000 miles on my 2002 4cyl Camry and have not changed the timeing or the sepeitine belt: Is it time to have it done?

Hi:
It is overdue time to change your timing belt and waterpump, as you are on borrowed time on the timing belt. The waterpump and tensioner should be changed along with the timing belt, as they can ruin a new timing belt if they fail. Your serpentine belt should be inspected and replaced if needed too.

Peugeot Expert Van Cambelt change

Most cam belts need to be changed every 60,000 miles. I would change again somewhere around 126,000.

When to change timing belt on 2004 honda civic

Honda reccomends timing belt change at 100k. Most Honda dealers like you to change the belt at 90,000 miles (90k). some auto repair places will want to change the belt at 60k but that is not necessary (Note: if in a severe cold or hot climate like florida or canada you would change the belt before 90k or if the belt is over 7 years old.. Good luck:

Do not know how to light the pilot for the maytag dryer (ldg5004aaw)

There is no pilot too light, if it's not heating either you have a bad ignitor or coils.
