Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
This problem is related to power supply board of the copier. This board gets overheated and turns the printer off automatically. In some cases the power supply board has to be replaced. But in some cases the faulty component on the power supply board will be seen automatically .Either it will be bulged capacitor or leaked capacitor from its top.Or a burnt component with black burn marks. If nothing is seen then the components has to be checked by meter or the power supply board has to be replaced. The power supply board is the board to which the power wire of the copier connects.
