I HAVE Acer Aspire 5600 WITH 80 GB HDD, DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT IS THE CORRECY SIZE FOR C: and D: DRIVES AS I AM TRYING TO REINSTALL THE XP.

When you say 80gb, then the correct disk capacity is 80gb that may be partition if you want (40x2, or 20x4 etc). When the disk(s) are ready, install operating system first and then the setup drivers.
