Language Problem

Seems to be stuck with the light on "lang", so not typing correct charaters. I've tried holding down the code button and the "L", but that doesn't seem to have an affect. Any thoughts

I have the same problem.

You didn't say for sure what model it is if it is an older WW try holding code and the X key.
