My 2g sandisk will hold 20 songs

Try formatting the player by right-clicking on the player as ti's displayed off to the left in Windows media player, then select "format device". Alternatively you can format the device in the "Settings" menu n the MP3 player itself. *Note* this will erase your 20 songs.

My mp3 player has froze

Maybe try taking the battery out and putting it back in, because once my mp3 player froze and that worked. It froze when I was going through menus when the song was playing still and it was probably too much...

Sansa e260 has lost my songs and other problems

Sounds like the device may be full.

The device has 2 modes, if you put music on in either mode, you cannot see it in the other.

Easiest solution is to format the device and remove everything and then transfer them back in 1 specific mode.

To format in My Computer>Device Name (e260)>Right click and select format.

Best of Luck.

Sansa m250 mp3 problem with songs

The device has 2 modes of operation, if you transferred music in both modes, it is not reflected in the other.

Easiest solution is to format the device to remove everything, then transfer your files back to the device, staying in 1 specific mode.
