Question about Toshiba DKT-2020-SD telephone
I am trying to dial a number which requests you enter a # key to accept the data. My # key does not work.
Is this something that has to be added to the programming of the phone/phone system?
The older series phones required that you press the * then the # and then the # again to send out the # key signal, you have to do this on each call that the * or # are required. The only way to change this is to change out your phone system and possibably phones to a newer system. Good Luck. ....Mike

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
