Hello acer no sound at all

i was sufin the net the computer froze, then i see that the mute is on the computer froze a long time i reboot it .no there is not sound at all when i test the speaker the test sound works .. but when i test the output sound nothin comes.. what can be the prblem? can be the driver?

thank you but i dont have driver disk that a big prblems with acser no cds where can i found then ?

download driver cleaner pro, run it, and remove all audio drivers then reinstall it from original disk.
