Watching new two day old

Does bulb come on? If not, I would take it back since only 2 days old. If it does, try unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in to see if that solves problem. If not, you can check test patterns by getting into service mode to see if display is working. Not sure what code to get into service mode on your tv is, but I have a different model Samsung and I enter service mode by pressing "mute", "1", "8", "2", then "power" on the remote. If your samsung has same code, it will start up in service mode. Once in service mode, go to DDP1011, then Test Pattern. Go through the different patterns by pressing the right arrow key on remote. If they don't show up, you probably have bad DMD board. If they do show up, go back to main menu and select DNle then Test Pattern. If pattern does not show up, you have an analog board problem. If it does show up, go back to main menu and there should be an option in the menu tree to do a user reset, which will change everything to factory defaults and restart tv. Hope this helps.
