To reset that error remove the two screw in both side of control panel then after that remove the control panel then you will see a board in that board just look for two terminal there is service indicate in that terminal just make it shorted that 2 terminal then turn on the power switch

this does seem like a faulty motherboard, I assume you tested the charger. Its say its dead, unless your willing to spend hours troubleshooting it, I think the best solution is to replace the motherboard. I work in computers and we hardly ever go looking for the cause, we replace the motherboard.

E0 is the code used by Canon for a fuser problem.

This may require a service technician to diagnose and repair.

I am having exactly the same problem - driving me mad! It seems it does not pick up the ISP addresses.

You probably have to convert them to Excel files. This can be done within Excel by starting Excel and then opening or importing your Lotus files into Excel and then saving them from Excel. Probably not the answer you wanted but would work.

Exactly when did the E0 come up? that is the error for the fuser not heating up and shouldn't have anything to do with black copies. What is the status now and please add more information.

hmmm..crackling in headsets suggests that perhaps you have a shorted connection. you may wish to test them elsewhere too

The problem is with the fuser unit.

Either your fuser lamp is not coming on or the thermoswitch ( acts as a fuse)or thermistor ( acts as a temperature control )has a problem.
If you do not know waht these are then you will have to contact a service tech.
