Hello fellow gamer :)

It sounds like your PSP may be damaged or the battery is not taking a full charge. If possible, can you try using an alternate battery? If this does not work, you may want to contact Sony for technical assistance.

I have seen PSP updates brick a PSP before and it has to be reset or fixed by Sony.

If it is under warranty I recommend calling them.

My psp wont chards how can i do

if it wont charge try another charger to first rule out your charger for faults then try another battery if it is a psp 3001 and still has enough battery to turn on switch it to usb charge and try that its possible that they have a separate charging circuit allowing you to bypass a potential fried charge circuit ps when they fully lose charge usb charging isn't possible ok

Did this happen after doing a firmware upgrade? Have you made sure to charge the battery? When you push the power switch does a orange light come on?

My psp battery loses power!

It might be the temperature in the room it might sounf silly but it works for any nintendo dual-screen (ds). make sure the temperature is above 10 degrees centigrade. Also if the battery information says 100% wait till it says charge completed beneath it. Make sure it is fully plugged in and the light does not keep on switching from green to orange and vice versa.

My psp doesnt turn on anymore

Batteries lose their capability to charge to their highest capacity after each charge. I would reccomend a new battery.

PSP screen frozen

For this u got to reset ur psp. The easiest way to reset the PSP is to do a hard-reset. This means holding the power switch in the up position for around ten seconds. This will then shut off the PSP. You may then need to flick the power button either once or twice for the device to come back on.
The hard reset method is normally sufficient to bring the PSP back to life and resume use, although it may mean you lose your place in the game you were playing.
The alternative to the hard reset is to drop the battery out of the PSP. While I don’t really recommend this, sometimes a hard-reset will fail and this is your only option. To do this, simply drop the battery out of the PSP by sliding the cover open, and then wait for a few seconds. Pop the battery back in and fire up the PSP. Hopefully all will be well.
cheers
