This speaker system is described as consisting of "passive" satellite speakers with an "active" subwoofer. Passive means they require an external amplifier to work - and conversely active means there is a built in amplifier. To "power cycle the board" simply disconnect the power cord for a couple minutes (allows capacitors in the circuit to discharge) and plug back in. That's it.

Good luck!

How can i fix my tv, power cycles on & off, only pixels & screeching sound during the on portion, then cycles off & on again. eventually no pic but sound. how do I figure out which board is bad?

Sounds like back-light inverter problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement.

Can't select wash cycles

Is the control board displaying any fault codes?

Try disconnecting the power cord to the washer from the wall outlet for 5 maybe 10 minutes...give the control board enough time to power down and hopefully the control board could self-correct itself by resetting. No different than re-booting a computer.

If you still run into the same problem, and if so equipped, try holding down the "end of cycle" signal button for 10 seconds and see if that resets it.

Sometimes the machines get out of cycle and you have to remove power from the board to rest the electronics. After a while the code on the board gets corrupted and you need to reset. Try uplugging for 30 minutes to clear the board of power.

My whirlpool GU2300XTSS0 dishwasher does not cycle between wash/rinse/dry cycles. It fills, washes, drains and refills in the same cycle. What can I do to solve or check for solutions to this?

Hello,
This means the software in the control board is corrupt. YOu would need to try a power cycle, if that does not work, replace the control board to fix the issue. You could purchase the control board from the link below. Type your model number in the search box to look at a parts diagram.
The screws around the control panel would need to be removed and the control rotated down. The board clips into position and the ribbon cable simply plugs in. Very easy repair.

Hoshizaki KM-450MAB Ice Machine

maybe not. it could be that the heating cycle is taking a lot of time to remove the ice from the evaporator that is why the electronics is shutting off the compressor as a protection. check the heating cycle if it is working fine. check the evaporator for dirt that would hold the ice slab from falling down quickly. check the level of the unit. it may have move and now its out of level. the unit must be leveled with the ground.
