INTELLIFAX2820 WAS DIALING A TELEPHONE AND IT STOPPED ON THE FIFTH NUMBER AND WOULD NOT MOVE. I TOOK THE ELECTRICAL CORD OUT AND I TURNED IF OFF SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE SCREEN WILL NOT COME UP AND IT HAS BARS GOING ACROSS THE SCREEN. IT BEEPS BUT THE FAX DOES NOT LIGHT UP
