Steam cleaner

im using my cleaner have it all working but it just seems like its not cleaning right!!! i went over it for about 20 min and it has only cleaned a little of the stain am i doing something wrong or does it just take a very long time to clean!!

If it is spraying ok and the brushes are turning, then maybe the cleaner isn't strong enough for the typa of stain you are trying to clean.
