Question about Samsung Refrigerators
Check for ice or snow on the back wall of the freezer compartment. If there is any snow on the back wall your system is not defrosting properly. The refrigerator is cooled by air that is taken from the freezer. Any problem in the freezer will reflect to the refrigerator temperature. Samsung is made in Japan .

Sounds like u need to replace fan motor
