Red line on screen

Are you able to view the same Red lines even in the BIOS window? If yes, this may be LCD issue too.. The LCD will show small red dots which are called Dead Pixels. If the Red lines and dots are more, then it is better to contact the Service Center

2Wire-3700 dsl red light blinking after a thunderstorm

Hi,

If you are att customer, you will be charged $60 only if there is problem inside your premises, otherwise they wont charge you.

Is there any phone connected with your DSL line? if so is it working? if its not working, contact customer support and tell them its not working

If the phone is working, you have to check the connections between the phone line to the modem. As the DSL light is blinking red, its the problem with line and not the modem.

Take care

Red Line

I was just looking at Samsung's site regarding this issue. It is most likely a line of dead pixels. Direct from their site: "The thin red, green, blue, white, black, or yellow line you see running through your LCD monitor is most likely a line of dead pixels. To fix this problem, you will have to get your monitor serviced or, if the monitor is new, replaced. To set up a service appointment, contact Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-Samsung (1-800-726-7864). Have your monitor's model number and serial number on hand when you call." http://erms.samsungusa.com/customer/sea/jsp/faqs/faqs_view.jsp?PG_ID=1&AT_ID=15336&PROD_SUB_ID=28&PROD_ID=-1
