Date function does not work

I am trying to enter the current date, but as soon as I get to the day (1-31) the phone only goes to 13 then back to 1

that is strange try a reflash of the phone and see if that helps if not you can take the phone back to the store you purchase it from to see if they would honour the manufacturer warranty.
