Question about Computers & Internet

Hello, I keep receiving an email saying "Microsoft Customer Support is notifying all its users about our new Policy. Microsoft is currently upgrading the data base and e-mail account servers. Due to the congestion in the servers, Microsoft would be shutting down all unused Hotmail accounts. Microsoft is deleting all unused Hotmail accounts to create more space for new accounts. If you are a regular Hotmail account user, then you will have to verify that you are a regular user of Hotmail services" Is this email genuine or is it a spam?

Hi,

Hello and thank you for using Fixya's services.

No, this is not genuine. No services would ever ask you for passwords or login information (this is stated in the privacy policy). You should foward the email to customer support via their website so they can catch the one whom sent it to you.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

What do you mean you don't have the key code ?
Did you purchase it and now you can't find it ? Or you have a disc but no serial key ?

IF you purchased it and can't find it..you will need to go to microsoft office's website and email there customer service department. We can't help you with that here at Fixya.

If you are just trying to get a serial key we can not give you one as it is Illegal an and against policy here at fixya!

Thank you for your understanding.
