Probleme d'alimentation d'un cx 3900

lors d'un diagnostique en ligne de mon cx 3900 ils ont decouvert que j'utilise de l'encre compatible ils m'ont demander de'eteindre l'imprimante puis de le mettre en marche. chose que n'a pas peu se faire car l'imprimante ne veut se mettre en marche. aider moi svp.
