Monitor...

I sent it in for repair but they did NOT fix this problem, and it has gotten worse..... when i turn on my laptop, the screen (monitor) is not working... it is blank, or, when it TRIES to work, only colored lines scroll down my screen... i can't see ANYTHING!!

If it is still under warranty and faulty, then send it back. It does not sound like a do it yourself task.
