The part you are talking about is called the transfer belt. This part can't be cleaned because the surface is coated with a photoconduction layer that will be further damaged by touching it. It sounds like the film layer is already scratched and that is why you are getting the streaks on the pages you print. The part number you need for the replacement transfer belt is: RM1-1885-020 You can do a Google search for sources or check with Office Depot, Staples or Office Max.
