Generic problem for all Zip and Other Drives
XP installation problem

I was about to install windows XP to my Eee PC but, on the first step, selecting a boot device, at the 'Please select boot device screen' which is USB, instead of getting to the next step it says, BOOTMGR is missing. I am using a removable flash disk where my windows XP service pack 2 was stored for i don't have an internal and external cd/dvd ROM. Pls advice.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
