Sometimes while clearing the jam (if there was one) you may leave a bit of paper left behind which obscures a sensor causing it to think there is paper still in the paper path, or sometimes even paper dust can do it. Try a bottle of compressed air and blow the path out very well. Get a bright light (good flashlight) and very throroughly eyeball the paper path for any "foreign" objects...

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.

usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.
but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.
Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence

try to change the port that your printer used.
and then restart you computer..if it still dont worked try to unplug and plug it again...while the computer is ON..

hy ok your problem is probly caused by the printer head , you need to take out the print head and clean it with alcool or distilled water clean it weel until no ink color comes out of it or chek to see if you pulled of the protective adeziv from the inc cartriges nosel , come back whith the result id like to know .
