Jumpy color changing screen with slow speed. Please...

My Toshiba M45 laptop started to have problems a few weeks ago. It started to perform really slowly, and my music and all sound would come out broken and slow. I ran virus scans and adware scans, but nothing came up. Start up was incredibly slow as well (about 10 mins just to get to the Home screen). So, today while I was using it, I touched the screen to move it forward a bit and it started to spaz out and started jumping up and down and turning colors (mostly white). I tried restarting it, hoping that it would go away, but it doesnt. I just shut it down and it's been that way for a couple hours now. I'm not sure what else to do with this computer!
