For a good and affordable wireless router that you can use with your home network you can get one from Liksys model WRT54G and its very easy to setup to work with your Internet Service Optimum Online , and you don't need to get a wireless adapter for thus Gateway notebook MX3560 since it has a built in wireless that you can use to connect to a wireless network Intel® PRO/Wireless LAN 802.11g.

Go into your "router" configuration under wireless, change the channel it operates on. It is possible some new electronic in your house or neighbor is causing signal interference on that channel causing you to drop your connection periodically.

I'm trying to connect my TV via wireless to the

Connect a computer to this router using an ethernet cable.
Check the IP address. The default gateway which the hard-wired computer would receive is: 192.168.2.1
Open the router interface on your computer by typing 192.168.2.1 in a blank address bar in your browser.
On the left column, Under WIRELESS, select security and check the security settings made (Recommended: 64-bit WEP security)
Use this info on your wireless device to connect wireless.
For your blu-ray device to work, you have to disable FIREWALL on the router, also assign static DNS under INTERNET WAN.
It ll surely work, if you still have issues, call me at +91-9994070998
I ll surely fix this issue.

Need help with Wifi Connection with COMPAQ EVO N610C LAPTOP

First you will need a router which will enable you to create a wireless network for your internet connection. I recommend, if you're purchasing online, to use Tigerdirect. Then you would need a USB wireless adapter for your laptop which will enable it to communicate with the wireless router and establish an internet connection.
Below are some links for the most affordable and best rated products you need.
