Generic problem for all Microwave Ovens
Doesn't work

I just purchased a Panasonic Microwave on ebay, and plugged it in, and it worked for about 30 seconds. stopped and it says H98. Every time I try to get it going now, it just sits there and says H98
It does not have a model number but says "Genius Sensor 1250" 'Invertor" and is a full size 2.2 cubic ft unit.

After posting this, I discovered the model number (don't have it with me). Also, in the ebay post, it did, indeed say, that it does not heat. I called Panasonic, and they told me that it is still covered by the warranty. So, it is being taken care of.

GuruNo model number?? I'd be pretty suspicious why someone removed the model / serial tag!!
I'd be even more suspicious if someone sold you a microwave with such a serious problem without informing you of it in the auction item description beforehand.
H98 means you have a bad inverter, magnetron, or control board.
