Pioneer turntable to Pioneer VSX 515 receiver

I'm not sure what you mean by "Wot", but I assume you mean that the receiver doesn't have a phono input, as most receivers now a days don't. You will need a phono preamp. Cost is under $25.00. It provides the amplification to be able to use any high level(CD, DVD, AUX, etc) input as well as the RIAA equalization you need to decode the record correctly. Hi, I have a Pioneer RX-Z15 Stereo and want a turn table to go with it. I asked Pioneer and they said PL-Z85 is the number. Now that I have the number I can't find one...Does ANYONE know where I might find...

It seems that it's no longer made so the only way you could get one is if someone by chance sells one on e-bay etc. As the RX-Z15 is a mini separate system, the turntable power is the issue. However you can buy an independently powered (mains) turntable of any type. On the back of the RX Z15 you should see two phono jack sockets. You can plug the phono jacks plugs from a new turntable into those. And listen to it.

When i put the cd inside it does not turn.

Hi, when a CD turn table player does not play,It's when the CD changer Disk tray is Bad and it can spin the CD being inserted into the CD player. Also it might just be from the lens head.Might be dirty and might need cleaning. You can use a lens cleaner to clean up the lens.

Have a nice day..

Where can I find a diagram for belt routing on a PL-990 turntable>

no diagram needed...flip the table over, wrap the belt around the inner track then put the table back on, spin the table until the access cut is over the motor then stretch the belt over the back of the motors post and you are done.cheers.

One of my DJ turntables = only left side stereo sound

need to narrow it down, using 1 turn table ONLY with the mixer on channel 1 (the chanel that is working) to test reciever is working properly and sound working on both side of the speakers, this eliminate the first turn table. Next, disconnect the working turn table (1) and connect your second turn table to the same chanel and see if you getting the sound coming chanel 1 just as your first turn table did. If you getting sound coming out from turn table on ch1 than is not the turn table issue. It will be you mixer having problems. You cant solve the problems having everything connected. Testing one turn table at a time using working chanel on the mixer to see if both turn table working properly. If you use the same chanel testing both turn table and the second one does not work than it will be one of your turn table is faulty. Note: if you find and test both of your turn table is working properly than it will be your mixer. good luck and hope that help..

Have a B&O RX-2 with mcc4 and loud hum

Possibly check the wires on the cartridge, make sure none of them are touching and are not bent to badly, are all the connections tight? some cartridges require plastic sleeves over the connections, this insure they don't touch and
avoids resistances between them. Also some cartridges are not compatible with certain model turn tables. Is it universal? Also you my need a mixer most turntables don't work with amps alone. Mine don't. Usually most models you attach the ground wire to the mixer. A mixer boosts table power and take stress off the amp. Hope this helped! good luck!
