Click here and download the drivers to a folder on your pc http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/download2.asp?MainCategory=&Product=&dlcentric=10164&filename=LCVA_PCDrv_US_1_11_02.exe go to this file and double click it, then follow the instructions given on screen.
